In their own words
DeepRFP
DeepRFP is a web workspace for analyzing requests for proposals, organizing opportunity material, and drafting responses. An opportunity workspace brings together RFP documents, company content, previous proposals, analysis, drafts, and reviews. Its AI creates proposal first drafts from those materials, with DOCX downloads. It extracts requirements and supports compliance matrices and structured Excel responses. Proposal writing works in 28 languages through an English interface. PDF, DOCX, and XLSX files can be uploaded or exported, including one-click Word and Excel exports. DeepRFP says customer data is not used to train AI models, files are encrypted and automatically purged after abuse checks, and the service runs on SOC 2-compliant US clouds. The seven-day full-access trial requires no card and does not auto-charge. Pro costs $89 per user per month; Elite costs $149 per user per month.
RFP.co
RFP.co brings procurement opportunity discovery, qualification, and proposal response into one workflow. It monitors federal, state, and local portals, along with web search, news, public databases, and social signals. Its matching scores opportunities against capabilities, past performance, contract vehicles, set-aside eligibility, geography, and capacity; Go/No-Go records qualification reasoning. Document tools extract solicitation requirements and evaluation criteria with citations and create a compliance matrix. Teams can plan an outline, draft response sections, review and approve work, track versions, and export submission packages as DOCX or PDF. Integration surfaces include CRM, document storage, identity, calendar, chat, signed webhooks, and a REST API, but specific vendor connectors are not named. API access is planned for September–October 2026, and credentials are not yet issuable. The company says customer data is processed in the EU and the platform runs in Falkenstein, Germany. Starter costs $29 a month; there is no free plan, but a free trial is available.
