DeepRFP
DeepRFP is a web workspace for analyzing requests for proposals, organizing opportunity material, and drafting responses. An opportunity workspace brings together RFP documents, company content, previous proposals, analysis, drafts, and reviews. Its AI creates proposal first drafts from those materials, with DOCX downloads. It extracts requirements and supports compliance matrices and structured Excel responses. Proposal writing works in 28 languages through an English interface. PDF, DOCX, and XLSX files can be uploaded or exported, including one-click Word and Excel exports. DeepRFP says customer data is not used to train AI models, files are encrypted and automatically purged after abuse checks, and the service runs on SOC 2-compliant US clouds. The seven-day full-access trial requires no card and does not auto-charge. Pro costs $89 per user per month; Elite costs $149 per user per month.

Built-in business intelligence provides data-backed win-probability insights and competitor-bias detection. Listed integrations span cloud storage, communications, CRM, knowledge bases, and identity services, including Google Drive, SharePoint, Slack, Salesforce, Confluence, and Notion. A Google Chrome extension is listed, and the homepage also mentions a Slack bot and Co-Pilot. Security controls described include MFA, SSO, fine-grained roles, TLS 1.2 encryption in transit, and AES-256 encryption at rest. Customer data is stored in European AWS regions and replicated within Europe. Steerlab states it is SOC 2 and assessed against five Trust Services Criteria.
