DelightChat combines an omnichannel support inbox with WhatsApp marketing for ecommerce brands. The shared inbox handles WhatsApp, Instagram messages and comments, Facebook Messenger messages and comments, email, and live chat. Shopify integration shows customer and order details and lets agents view, edit, refund, duplicate, or cancel orders from the dashboard. WhatsApp tools include broadcasts, abandoned-cart recovery, order notifications, cash-on-delivery verification, and opt-out management. Automations can send replies, assign tickets, add tags, and support self-service order tracking and help articles. Shopify Flow can trigger WhatsApp messages from workflows. A GPT-powered drafting and rewriting assistant is available as a paid add-on with monthly free usage limits. Plans start at $29/mo with a 14-day trial and no free plan. Startup includes 500 tickets, 2,500 contacts, five team members, and three support channels monthly. WhatsApp charges are extra and vary by message category and customer country.
