In their own words
Delve AI
Delve AI provides AI marketing and market research software that generates customer, user, and employee insights from first-party and public data. Its Persona Generator builds user, buyer, competitor, and employee personas, with automatic audience segmentation. Digital twins synthesize first-party data, behavioral signals, and Voice of Customer inputs; users can query them for feedback on campaigns, products, and pricing. Synthetic Research uses AI personas modeled on users and customers for surveys, interviews, and focus groups. Marketing Advisor lists SEO Advisor, while its Social, PR, Sales, Media, Content, PPC, and Email Advisor tools are marked as coming soon. Digital twins can be accessed from Slack, and persona update notifications are available through Slack or email. The free tier includes one audience persona, one website persona based on at least three days of historical data, and 50 digital-twin chat credits. Paid plans include Research Essential Bundle at $317 a month, Marketing Essential Bundle at $877 a month, and Complete Bundle at $2,499 a month. API access is a 99 USD per month add-on enabled by request; it provides JSON persona attributes and segments but excludes sample user journeys.
Telepath
Telepath helps B2B SaaS and FinTech teams using HubSpot identify patterns in won business and assess open deals against them. Its free ICP Analysis Report reviews uploaded closed-won deals and returns customer segments, win patterns, recommendations, and a data quality audit. The T-Score rates an open deal from 0 to 100 for similarity to historical wins; deals with too little data remain unscored. Reader connects to HubSpot with read-only access by default and syncs every 24 hours. It scores up to 250 recently created open deals per sync and includes the /telepath-focus Slack command. Vision raises the limit to 1,000 deals per sync and adds rep coaching and priority support. Oracle supports uncapped open deals, custom integrations, API access, and a named account manager. Paid plans can add external firmographic data, including technographics, headcount bands, and funding stage. The maker says Pro works best with at least 50 closed-won deals, though fewer can still offer directional insights. Reader is £500/month, Vision £1,500/month, and Oracle £3,000/month; there is no free trial.
