DepoFlow
DepoFlow syncs deposition transcripts with video, supports testimony designation, and renders trial-ready clips on the user’s machine. Its local speech recognition aligns transcript words with video moments, and each completed sync gets a color-coded quality score. In the Review app, transcript and video appear side by side, with page-line navigation, full-text search, and line selection that jumps to the corresponding moment. Users can arrange page-line ranges into designation sets, add ranges in bulk, or import opposing counsel’s lists from TXT, CSV, XLSX, and DOCX files. Exports include stitched MP4s, designation PDFs, and page-line exchange lists, with targets such as TrialDirector, Sanction, Summation, LiveNote/Case Notebook, RealLegal, AMICUS, and OpenDVT. A standalone HTML viewer opens synced video and transcript in a browser without installation or internet. After installation, the desktop app can sync, designate, and render clips offline. DepoFlow offers free viewing and paid options, including sync credits at $7.50 per credit and designation and clip exports at $99.00 per transcript. It runs on macOS, Windows, and web browsers.
