In their own words
desk.ly
desk.ly is a workplace management platform for booking desks, meeting rooms, and parking spaces in hybrid workplaces. Its booking analytics show office occupancy and space use, helping organisations identify opportunities to adjust how their offices are used. Visitors can also have workstations, meeting rooms, or parking spaces booked for their visits. The desk.ly Connect add-on tracks actual workplace usage, automates check-in, and provides utilisation insights without costly hardware investments.
The service is available through a browser and requires an internet connection, but no special software, hardware, or servers. Native iOS and Android apps support bookings from a phone. The site advertises more than 250 integrations, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Google Calendar; Enterprise Plus adds HRIS integrations, calendar synchronisation, and a RESTful API. Plans include a free option for up to 15 users, Corporate at €1.65/user/mo, and Enterprise at €2.75/user/mo. Enterprise Plus has custom pricing.
Gfacility
Gfacility is a cloud platform that brings IT, facility, and workplace service management into a shared service catalogue, backlog, and cross-domain dashboard. IT tools cover incident, change, and problem management, CMDB asset management, time tracking, workflow automation, request fulfilment, and analytics. Facility features include helpdesk, work orders, a knowledge base, asset management, inspections, maintenance planning, vendor and contract management, and fleet management. Workplace features cover room and desk booking, room signage, visitor management, catering, and workplace insights. Its AI can classify, enrich, and route requests, and the maker says it can close level-1 tickets without human involvement when safe. It says automatic resolutions are limited to high-confidence cases with reversible actions, which are logged and can be reversed from an audit view. Gfacility states that it is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant, with EU data residency, encryption, SSO, SCIM, and record-level role-based access. A 30-day trial is offered without a credit card, with access to selected modules and personal onboarding. Pricing is available on request.
