In their own words
DeskFlex
DeskFlex is a workplace management platform for hybrid offices, with desk reservations, meeting room booking, visitor workflows, and floor plans. Users can save favorite desks, create recurring bookings, invite coworkers, and add equipment when reserving a desk. Floor plans show layouts, nearby desks, available workspaces, and who is in the office. Check-ins can use QR codes, Wi-Fi, or geo-location, and unused reservations can be released automatically. The mobile experience supports reservations, check-in, coworker search, and booking notifications. Visitor features cover registration, approvals, office-access workflows, and activity tracking across locations. Microsoft 365 integration includes authentication, Outlook calendar synchronization, and Teams availability; Google Workspace sign-in and Okta SSO are also listed. Growth costs $50 a month billed annually for up to 25 spaces; Professional costs $75 a month billed annually for up to 50 spaces. Enterprise pricing is custom for 100 or more spaces. Pricing is based on managed workplace spaces, not employee count. DeskFlex has no free plan and offers a 30-day trial.
Gfacility
Gfacility is a cloud platform that brings IT, facility, and workplace service management into a shared service catalogue, backlog, and cross-domain dashboard. IT tools cover incident, change, and problem management, CMDB asset management, time tracking, workflow automation, request fulfilment, and analytics. Facility features include helpdesk, work orders, a knowledge base, asset management, inspections, maintenance planning, vendor and contract management, and fleet management. Workplace features cover room and desk booking, room signage, visitor management, catering, and workplace insights. Its AI can classify, enrich, and route requests, and the maker says it can close level-1 tickets without human involvement when safe. It says automatic resolutions are limited to high-confidence cases with reversible actions, which are logged and can be reversed from an audit view. Gfacility states that it is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant, with EU data residency, encryption, SSO, SCIM, and record-level role-based access. A 30-day trial is offered without a credit card, with access to selected modules and personal onboarding. Pricing is available on request.
