In their own words

Dimension Labs

Dimension Labs connects customer conversations with business metrics so teams can investigate why those metrics change. It accepts records such as calls, chats, support tickets, surveys, CRM notes and emails, alongside structured CRM, usage and financial data. Its AI agent answers questions in plain English and can produce reports, charts and causal findings supported by evidence. The Meaning Layer standardizes channels and enriches records with attributes such as intent, sentiment, root cause and risk. Governance features include source-record traceability, extraction logic and model-version lineage, version control and audit trails. Data can connect through the Universal API or integrations and structured outputs can be exported to Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery for BI tools including Tableau, Power BI and Hex. The platform lists cloud and on-prem deployment, SOC 2 and ISO 27001, GDPR and CCPA compliance, PII redaction, penetration testing and data deletion. Explore is free but stops at 1,000 records per month, and there is no traditional free trial. Paid plans start at $999.00 per month; Enterprise is custom, starting at $150,000 per year.

GainTrace

GainTrace is customer success software for B2B SaaS teams that turns account signals into health scores intended to surface churn risk. Scores weigh usage, adoption, engagement, sentiment, revenue, support and CSM pulse, with inputs refreshed every six hours. For each account, the product shows the signals, weights and dates behind its score; it withholds a churn percentage until data and confidence thresholds are met. Nineteen built-in workflows cover situations such as declining health, renewal timelines, champion departures, payment failures and onboarding stages. Listed connectors include Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Slack, Intercom, Zendesk, Mixpanel, Segment, PostHog, Zoom, a custom webhook and the GainTrace SDK. The free plan covers 25 tracked companies, 100 contacts, 5,000 events per month, three live connectors, 100 automations per month, 12-hour sync and three months of history. The paid GainTrace plan is $82 a year, billed annually at $990, with limits varying by company band. GainTrace says data is stored at rest in AWS data centres in Ireland and EU data residency is available on every plan. It runs on web and provides an API.
