In their own words
DiscoverText
DiscoverText is a cloud service for mining, annotating and analyzing multilingual text collections with machine learning. It can work with free text and metadata from surveys, customer feedback, CRM, chats, email, public comments, X/Twitter and RSS feeds. Users can build reusable classifiers called sifters to find relevant material and sort it into topics, sentiment or other categories. Its described process combines machine classification with human annotation, crowdsourcing, adjudication, measurement and iteration. For eDiscovery, it offers deduplication, near-duplicate clustering and document redaction that can produce Bates-stamped, spreadsheet-indexed PDF collections. Students and professors may receive free access, training and project support from the founder; academic group licenses are also listed as free. API access is limited to licensed Enterprise users granted an API key. Documented API operations include projects, archives, buckets, datasets, deduplication, clustering and tag clouds. The maker says it no longer collects Twitter data in real time and is not connected to Facebook’s open API. Professional costs $99 a month; Enterprise costs $3,000 a month.
Facelift Cloud
Facelift Cloud brings social media planning and publishing together with community management, analytics, reporting and competitor analysis. Teams can schedule content across integrated social networks, use editorial calendar views and publish across multiple channels. Its unified inbox gathers messages, comments and reviews, with tools to assign items, add tags, use response templates and translate into English, French or German. Dashboards, reports, data exports and competitor analysis support performance measurement; campaign reporting is available, and reports can be exported as PDFs. The iOS and Android apps support responding to comments, tagging items and assigning them to colleagues. Listed connections include Salesforce and technology partners Censhare, Digimind, squarelovin and Talkwalker; APIs can connect other software and support custom workflows. The maker says the service is ISO 27001 certified, TISAX audited, GDPR compliant and hosted in Germany. Security controls include two-factor authentication, IP restrictions, password policies, audit logs and SAML 2 single sign-on. Pricing is available on request, and there is no free plan. The plan comparison says publishing one post to multiple X handles is not supported.
