DispatchTMS
DispatchTMS is a cloud transportation management system for trucking companies, brokers, and third-party logistics providers. Its dispatch module supports total truck loads, less-than-truck loads, and split loads, with boards for tentative loads and trucks. Teams can track movement, upload documents, and exchange messages with drivers; the app can provide automatic location updates. Safety tools organize vehicle and driver records, maintenance, inspections, and expiration dates, with alerts for upcoming or expired items. Accounting covers payables, customer invoices and receivables, plus settlements for carriers, owner-operators, and drivers. Reports include quarterly IFTA mileage and can be downloaded as Excel files. Work orders can contain multiple jobs, record requesters and completers, and pass to accounting when closed. Administrators assign role-based access. Packages cover trucking, brokerage, combo, dispatch services, and licensing and permits. Pricing is on request. Subscriptions are monthly, may be upgraded or canceled anytime, and refunds are not issued.

TruckingOffice provides TMS and ELD software for owner-operators and fleet builders, with web, Android, and iOS access. The TMS tracks dispatch details and invoices, including payment status and overdue invoices. Its IFTA reporting tracks miles and fuel gallons by state, calculating mileage automatically with PC*Miler. Pro plans add load planning, LTL dispatch, factoring and remit-to support, and driver settlement management. The ELD app supports driver logs, duty-status changes, daily log certification, and roadside inspection reports; its vehicle interface device reads the truck’s ECM and connects to a phone or tablet by Bluetooth. TMS plans range from $25 a month for Basic Owner/Operator to $130 a month for Pro Fleet, with truck counts and workflows varying by plan. ELD options include $23 a month or $240 a year. A 30-day trial is offered. The TMS page states there are no additional-user fees or contracts and that customers can cancel at any time. Free support is advertised.
