In their own words

DitLead

DitLead is an outbound platform for email, LinkedIn, and cold-call campaigns, available on the web, through an API, and as an extension. Its campaign builder takes a plain-English description of a target and message, then can find leads, draft copy, warm inboxes, and launch a campaign. The company advertises more than 700 million B2B contacts that it says are continuously re-verified. Deliverability tools include a warmup network of more than 55,000 inboxes, sender rotation, and a live health score. The product also includes an outbound CRM, a unified inbox across channels, live revenue dashboards, and two-way CRM sync with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. DitLead states that it has more than 120 native integrations. Developers can use a public REST API, SDKs for JavaScript, Python, and Ruby, and signed webhooks; API access and webhooks are listed with the Popular plan. Gmail, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 connect through OAuth, while SMTP/IMAP supports self-hosted or alternate providers. The Free plan allows 200 contacts and 1,000 emails per month. Paid plans start at $31 a month, billed yearly.

Mixmax

Mixmax is a sales engagement platform for revenue teams using Gmail or Outlook. It runs as a Chrome extension for Gmail, an Outlook add-in, and a web dashboard for sequences, reports, and workspace settings. Multi-stage sequences can send follow-up emails, create tasks, and schedule calls using merge variables and CSV uploads. Real-time email open and click tracking comes with desktop notifications, while scheduling links let recipients choose a time and add the meeting to both calendars. Rules can create Salesforce tasks after emails are opened or add recipients to sequences when deal stages change. Mixmax also syncs email, meeting, and sequence activity to Salesforce or HubSpot, and lists more than 40 native integrations included on every plan. The Free plan allows 20 tracked emails and up to 50 sequence recipients per month. Paid plans start at $29/user/mo billed annually; a 14-day trial is available. Mixmax requires Chrome for its extension and may limit one user's sending to 1,000 emails per day.
