In their own words
Docusnap
Docusnap inventories IT infrastructure and uses that data to produce documentation, network maps, and reports. Its scope includes IT asset management, permission analysis, license management, and security analysis. The locally installed product discovers infrastructure without installing agents on target systems; Docusnap365 is a cloud service with automatic updates and a REST interface. Integration options include export and import functions, a bidirectional REST API, an MCP interface, Zapier, and CSV and Excel imports. Docusnap365 provides a structural foundation for ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, and BSI IT-Grundschutz, but does not certify or conduct audits. The maker says Docusnap is GDPR compliant and ISO 27001 certified; Docusnap365 is hosted in Europe, and its AI model is hosted in the EU without data transfer to external AI providers. Listed annual prices start at €465.00 per year for Docusnap and Docusnap365; Docusnap 15 costs €1,499.00 per year and includes all modules. Trials are available for 30 days for the locally installed product and 14 days for Docusnap365.
ITFlow
ITFlow is a free, open-source platform for client IT documentation, ticketing, and billing, aimed at small managed service providers. It stores client details such as contacts, locations, vendors, computer assets, software licences, domains, and documents. Teams can create, prioritize, and track support tickets. Billing tools include recurring invoices, quotes, automated reminders, and client payments through Stripe. Other listed modules cover accounting, bulk email, calendars, lead management, a client portal, and a password manager. The version 1 API includes modules such as assets, clients, contacts, credentials, documents, invoices, and tickets, although some operations are partial or unavailable. Documentation lists Ollama, OpenAI, and LocalAI integrations for ticket rewording and summaries. Login passwords are encrypted at rest using AES 128-bit encryption, and the documentation advises backing up the master key. ITFlow is self-hosted: Debian is the recommended installation method, with manual Debian, HestiaCP, and community-supported Docker options also documented. Windows installation is unsupported. Hosting and sponsor support are paid services.
