MotorDesk is a dealership management platform that brings vehicle stock, advertising, customer communications, sales, social media and websites into one system. Stock tools include lookup by VRM or VIN, valuations, AI descriptions, vehicle checks, stock book automation and bulk editing. Dealers can publish listings to marketplaces including AutoTrader, MOTORS, eBay Auction, CarGurus.co.uk, Carhuna, AA Cars, CarsVansandBikes and Dealer Auction. Website enquiries and messages from email, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, LINE and AutoTrader Leads can be handled together. Sales tools cover offers, invoices, VAT and margin-scheme invoicing, online payments, and integrations certified by Sage Cloud Accounting, Intuit QuickBooks and Xero Accounting.
