Driversnote tracks business mileage for individuals and teams, with automatic trip logging through phone motion detection. Drivers can classify trips as business or personal, and entering work hours enables automatic classification. Reports can be saved as PDF or Excel and sent through the app. An optional Bluetooth iBeacon in a vehicle starts or stops tracking when the driver enters or leaves. Teams includes report collection, review and approval, tags, notes, reminders, custom rates, and audit tools. Managers see submitted trips only, and personal details can be censored in team reports. Driversnote says it records location only while a user is driving and that users own their trip data. The Free plan allows reports for up to 15 trips per month; subscription plans allow unlimited trips and reports. Pro costs $11 a month and includes an edit log and public API. Teams also costs $11 a month for 2–10 users, with report collection and validation. The service is available on Android, iOS, web, and API.
