Cash Flow & Treasury provides daily cash statements plus 13-week and medium-term projections. Workforce tools cover headcount, payroll simulation and labour productivity; inventory budgets use standard consumption, planned volume and inflation. Energy & CAPEX tracks meter-level consumption, energy costs and capital projects against budgets and actuals. Hotel groups can consolidate authorized properties by brand, region or ownership cluster while retaining property-specific accounts and departments. Actuals are mapped from an existing accounting system, which remains in place. Permissions, approvals, delegation, period locks and an audit trail support governance. Onboarding includes data import, role setup and training through the first budget cycle.

HotelBee Accounting brings hotel revenue and expenses into a ledger with live KPI dashboards. It covers a hotel-specific chart of accounts, vendor invoices and expenses, accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and a general ledger. Templates align with USALI and can be adjusted for each property. Bank statements can be imported by CSV, OFX, or live feed, with transaction matching and period locking. Separate property ledgers can be consolidated, and the system accepts EUR, USD, GBP, and 30+ other currencies. Tax tools include country-aware codes, local filing-format reports, and reverse-charge handling for cross-border B2B. Dashboards cover occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, departmental P&L, and segment mix, with drill-down to postings. HotelBee says customers can use it as their full ledger or send reconciled postings to existing accounting software. Access roles separate reading from posting, and actions are logged with user, timestamp, and reason. It runs on the web and through an API.
