In their own words
Eat This Much
Eat This Much generates personalized meal plans from food preferences, budget, schedule, and nutrition goals. Users can set calorie and macro targets and filter meals by diet, ingredients, and other preferences. The free plan includes daily meal plans, food tracking, barcode foods, custom foods and recipes, and recurring foods. Premium supports planning a week of meals, daily customization, saved plan weeks, shareable PDFs, and automatic grocery lists. Plans update those lists, and the service names Instacart, Walmart, and Amazon Fresh as delivery options. Users can create recipes and keep a virtual pantry that favors meals using foods already on hand. The mobile app can sync meal nutrition and weight data with Apple Health, Android Health Connect, or Google Fit. Professional plans support client meal planning, and the partner API can generate plans and grocery lists and export plans as HTML, PDF, or JSON. The browser Recipe Clipper sends page data only after a user selects Review in Eat This Much. Premium costs $5/mo (annual).
Well&Co
Well&Co is a coaching platform for health coaches, nutritionists, and personal trainers to manage clients, plans, check-ins, and practice operations. Its dashboard brings together client status, program progress, nutrition adherence, and activity streaks. Coaches can create meal and training plans, reuse weekly templates, track progress, and message clients. Clients can photograph meals for AI ingredient identification, macro estimates, and calorie logging. An AI assistant can answer questions using client logs and draft meal or plan changes, but a coach must approve changes before they are saved. Personalised check-ins use recent client data. The free plan supports up to three clients with meal plans, progress tracking, and messaging; Starter costs €29 a month for up to five clients. Growth, Pro, and Agency cost 59.00 EUR, 99.00 EUR, and €179 a month respectively. A 14-day trial is listed. Well&Co is available on Android, iOS, and the web, with a mobile-optimised web app clients can save to their home screen. The coach page describes client data as encrypted, access-controlled, and handled in a GDPR-compliant way.
