In their own words

Efficio

Efficio is a web-based digital planner and calendar combining tasks, time-blocking, and an AI scheduling assistant. Tasks can contain duration, priority, deadlines, descriptions, tags, and attached files. Users create categories with names, descriptions, colors, and scheduling parameters, then drag tasks on the calendar to change timing or duration. Calendar controls include time zones and date and time formats. The AI assistant can assign tasks to categories, organize uncategorized tasks, and fill schedule gaps with suitable work. Efficio says it syncs with Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar, and supports sign-up with either account. The product is in beta; the site warns that features may change significantly and data may be lost, recommending backups. The free beta-tester plan offers early access and feedback features. Basic plans are listed at 10.00 USD monthly or 96.00 USD yearly, both currently unavailable.

SkedPal

SkedPal turns a to-do list into a time-blocked schedule shaped by priorities, available time, and calendar events. Its planning tools include an Outline for organizing tasks, a Board for prioritizing them, and a Calendar for placing work at preferred times. A Status Tracker follows current activity while the schedule adapts to changes. Calendar sync supports Google, Office 365, and iCloud; Core allows one account, while Pro allows unlimited accounts. Asana task titles, descriptions, and due dates sync both ways, although schedules made in SkedPal do not sync with Asana. Zapier connects it with apps such as Google Sheets, Slack, Trello, and Airtable. Users can email tasks to a dedicated address, but attachments larger than 2 MB are not received. Planning is mainly done in the web app; mobile apps are available for iOS and Android, and Status Tracker desktop apps are available for macOS, Windows, and Linux. Core costs $9.95 a month billed annually; Pro costs $14.95 a month billed annually. There is a 14-day trial and no free plan.
