In their own words
ElevatorApp
ElevatorApp is a web service for building owners and managers who need independent elevator guidance and maintenance oversight. Its software tracks service, testing, and inspections in real time, with dashboards, automated alerts, and standard or customizable reports. Users can record service history, testing due dates, inspection dates, callback data, assets, preventive maintenance, inspection workflows, and compliance records. The company also reviews proposals, invoices, and maintenance contracts, and offers equipment audits, inspection help, modernization guidance, and expert advice. Maintenance on Demand connects building owners with elevator service providers while retaining digital photos and service records. Dispatch coordination is available 24/7 nationwide through a real coordinator; a one-time dispatch fee is confirmed before approval, while repairs are billed separately by the provider. Pricing varies by building and service, is available on request, and is shown before payment. Dispatch support is listed at (727) 940-2012 and [email protected].
Field Ascend
Field Ascend is a field service platform for elevator contractors managing maintenance visits, emergency repairs, inspections, dispatch, work orders, quotes, invoices, and asset history. Technicians using Android or iOS can view job details, add notes and photos, complete checklists, collect signatures, and update job status. Elevator workflows cover recurring preventive maintenance, urgent breakdown dispatch, and follow-up repairs for defects or deficiencies. Customer sites and elevator assets can be connected to earlier visits, records, and follow-up work. The mobile app stores jobs, checklists, photos, signatures, and time entries locally, then queues them to sync when connectivity returns. AI-assisted tools draft quotes and reports, analyze purchase orders, and suggest job assignments; users confirm suggested technician assignments. Where configured, QuickBooks Online workflows can sync customers, invoices, products or services, and payment status. Pro costs $13 per user per month, with a three-user minimum. A 30-day trial requires a card at sign-up. Teams may still need to maintain their own applicable compliance processes; the product is not a replacement for professional compliance judgment.
