eloomi is a learning and development platform for employee training, skills development, communication and performance management. It supports onboarding, compliance training, upskilling, people development, social engagement and external training. Its AI assists with drafting custom learning content and recommending learning and skills opportunities. Learners can use Android and iOS apps, and the platform is also available in Microsoft Teams. eloomi lists integrations with more than 40 HR and HCM platforms, including Dayforce, Paycor, BambooHR, Workday and HiBob, plus an open REST API for custom integrations. Single sign-on supports SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0, and the platform is available in 14 languages. The company says implementation can bring customers live in 4–6 weeks; support includes real-time chat and a knowledge base. eloomi says it is GDPR compliant and has been audited or certified against ISAE 3402, ISAE 3000 and ISO 27001 requirements. Single sign-on supports SAML 2.0 providers such as Okta and Microsoft Azure, as well as LDAP-based systems; an API can automate assignments and synchronize results. The platform is mobile-friendly, WCAG 2.2 AA certified and offers AI translations in more than 100 languages. Learners can ask questions within courses and receive answers from Traliant's compliance team within two business days.
