In their own words

Envoy Desks

Envoy Desks is a workplace reservation system for booking desks, rooms, and parking. Employees can reserve desks by the hour, day, or week in the Envoy app, while administrators can book for them. Admins can label desks as hot, permanent, or unavailable, assign amenities, and arrange team neighborhoods by function or project. Interactive maps show where desks are located and available. Booking data provides real-time and historical usage, attendance patterns, and onsite trends. Missed check-ins can automatically release desks or rooms, with reminders to free spaces. Listed integrations include Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zapier. The product runs on web, iOS, and Android, and includes meeting-room booking, check-in, floor-plan views, single sign-on, badge printing, host notifications, preregistration, visitor photo capture, ID scanning, kiosk check-in, and emergency tools. Pricing is listed from $362/mo (annual); a Standard plan is $5 a month, billed annually per bookable resource, excluding the platform fee.

Gfacility

Gfacility is a cloud platform that brings IT, facility, and workplace service management into a shared service catalogue, backlog, and cross-domain dashboard. IT tools cover incident, change, and problem management, CMDB asset management, time tracking, workflow automation, request fulfilment, and analytics. Facility features include helpdesk, work orders, a knowledge base, asset management, inspections, maintenance planning, vendor and contract management, and fleet management. Workplace features cover room and desk booking, room signage, visitor management, catering, and workplace insights. Its AI can classify, enrich, and route requests, and the maker says it can close level-1 tickets without human involvement when safe. It says automatic resolutions are limited to high-confidence cases with reversible actions, which are logged and can be reversed from an audit view. Gfacility states that it is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant, with EU data residency, encryption, SSO, SCIM, and record-level role-based access. A 30-day trial is offered without a credit card, with access to selected modules and personal onboarding. Pricing is available on request.
