Its allocation board lets office teams schedule jobs, operators, and equipment by drag and drop, with real-time visibility. Field teams can use the EQUIPR Operator app to receive jobs, submit digital dockets and timesheets, capture photos, and send updates that sync to the office. The platform also handles lead tracking, customer management, quote generation, and invoicing linked to job data. Compliance tools include licence expiry alerts, equipment tracking, digital pre-starts, induction tracking, and audit trails. Maintenance functions cover preventative and reactive work, service schedules, costs, and asset history.
