In their own words

Eval25

Eval25 is a web evaluation system for higher-education institutions, serving administrators, instructors, and students. Institutions can create custom questions for courses, instructors, training sessions, classroom spaces, and other subjects. Students complete evaluations on computers, smartphones, or tablets, including feedback about physical and virtual spaces. Administrators track response activity in real time, send reminders, and offer incentives such as early access to grades. Reports can be customized, shared, exported as Excel or XML, and printed as PDFs. An LTI integration lets users open Eval25 from a learning-management-system link, with credentials required for installation. The system can import space-satisfaction data into the 25Live scheduling system. CollegeNET says Eval25 encrypts sensitive information in transit and data at rest, is SOC 2 and PCI-DSS compliant, and undergoes yearly audits plus quarterly external network scans. Space satisfaction, inter-institutional benchmarking, and additional 25Live capabilities are described as future features. Pricing is available through an account manager, which also provides product information and demonstrations.
