In their own words
Eventication
Eventication is a web platform for event organizers managing crew, volunteers, accreditation, planning and suppliers. It can assign accreditations to venue zones and support multiple check-in points. Crew and volunteer tools cover registration, shift planning, time tracking, rewards, payments, check-in and out, and digital document signing. Stock tools let organizers allocate items to zones, crew and accreditations, scan QR codes, trace items and collect orders. The platform also handles bulk event emails and SMS, along with one-to-one email conversations. Organizers can rent scanning smartphones, barcode or QR scanners and wristband printers, or use their own hardware. Integrations include ticketing and cashless partners such as See Tickets, EventPay and anyKrowd. The Free plan costs nothing and covers one event, unlimited moderators and users, and five of sixteen features. Silver covers one event and all sixteen features, with listed prices TBA; Gold covers unlimited events and all sixteen, with prices on request. A free trial can be requested; Eventication says it will contact organizers within 48 hours to arrange a custom environment.
