In their own words

Eventleaf

Eventleaf is an event management platform for registration, on-site entry, attendee engagement, exhibitions, and proposal workflows. Organizers can create event websites and forms, handle group registrations, waitlists, tiered tickets, and payment collection, and collect abstracts or proposals for review and scheduling. For check-in, staff can scan invitation barcodes, print custom badges, use self-check-in kiosks, and check attendees into sessions or venues. Engagement tools include polls, Q&A, surveys, messaging, networking, and gamification. Exhibition functions cover booth sales and selection on an interactive floor map, plus lead capture by scanning badges or invitation barcodes. Eventleaf is listed for Android, iOS, web, and Windows. It has a free plan and free trial. Basic costs $500 a year and Professional costs $2,000 a year; both list unlimited events and users, with different minimum attendee counts.
