In their own words
Eventory
Eventory is a web platform for organisations managing brand sponsorship hospitality programmes and the value of their sponsorship assets. It provides a live view of an entertainment programme, with tools for calendars, multi-day events, venues, ticket setups and repeatable event configurations. Teams can set ticket allocations, approval levels, request policies and scheduled releases, or provide view-only access. Guest operations include lists, late changes, dietary and access requirements, seating, e-ticket distribution and event messaging. Reports cover asset use, client spending, staff activity and benefit-in-kind data. The system records actions and decisions for anti-bribery, HMRC and internal governance reporting. Workspaces can use custom branding and domains, localisation, user tags and an organisation’s existing single sign-on setup. Eventory says each organisation has an isolated environment hosted on AWS infrastructure. Customers receive in-app documentation and setup guides, can request an onboarding call and contact the team directly. Pricing is not published as a fixed list; it depends on portfolio size, user count and support needs. P11D attendance and value data is provided, but liability calculations remain with customer finance and payroll teams.
SponsorPact
SponsorPact is a web service for organizing sponsorship commitments after a sponsor signs. It extracts potential benefits, quantities, source wording, deadlines, teams, dependencies, expected proof types, and confidence into a fulfillment plan for human review. Users can accept, edit, reject, or add extracted items; confidence below 0.80 is flagged. Teams assign owners and deadlines, track quantities and sponsor dependencies, and attach files or links as proof. Versioned sponsor reports bring together outstanding items, source commitments, metrics, and evidence. The product is aimed at event agencies, associations, and conference teams. It works beside an existing CRM without requiring migration. The Agency plan supports client brands and white-label reports organized by client and event. SponsorPact describes the service as a limited, U.S.-first pilot. Current AI processing is limited to public prospectuses and approved test documents; executed agreements remain disabled pending contractual clearance. The build uses tenant-aware access controls and private document storage, but claims no SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or FedRAMP certification. Event Pass costs $149, paid once.
