In their own words
Eventory
Eventory is a web platform for organisations managing brand sponsorship hospitality programmes and the value of their sponsorship assets. It provides a live view of an entertainment programme, with tools for calendars, multi-day events, venues, ticket setups and repeatable event configurations. Teams can set ticket allocations, approval levels, request policies and scheduled releases, or provide view-only access. Guest operations include lists, late changes, dietary and access requirements, seating, e-ticket distribution and event messaging. Reports cover asset use, client spending, staff activity and benefit-in-kind data. The system records actions and decisions for anti-bribery, HMRC and internal governance reporting. Workspaces can use custom branding and domains, localisation, user tags and an organisation’s existing single sign-on setup. Eventory says each organisation has an isolated environment hosted on AWS infrastructure. Customers receive in-app documentation and setup guides, can request an onboarding call and contact the team directly. Pricing is not published as a fixed list; it depends on portfolio size, user count and support needs. P11D attendance and value data is provided, but liability calculations remain with customer finance and payroll teams.
Sponsy
Sponsy is web software for sports clubs and event organizations managing sponsorship partnerships. It is designed for mid-sized organizations seeking more structure than spreadsheets without enterprise-level complexity. Its Excel-like interface supports simultaneous collaboration, and the pipeline tracks leads through signed deals, follow-ups, and contracts due for renewal. Users can create contracts from templates with automatic pricing, send them for digital signing, and export them as PDFs. Dashboards and reports show portfolio value by industry, upcoming payments, bonuses, and major sponsors. The events module handles sponsor invitations and guest registrations, tracks invitation status, and sets capacity through ticket allocations in agreements. Sponsy integrates with e-conomic, Uniconta, the Danish CVR/Virk registry, and email. Users can export data to Excel; the site lists owner, consultant, and member roles. Monthly billing is 4,375 DKK a month, while annual billing is 50,000 DKK a year. Prices include VAT, one license includes every feature, and listed pricing includes continuous updates and support. Sponsy is based in Åbyhøj, Denmark, and offers a 30-day trial.
