Overview

wehave connects sponsorship management, hospitality and B2B ticketing in one web platform. Teams can track sponsor inventory and obligations, coordinate matchday guests, and produce branded reports from platform data. They can connect an existing ticketing system or use wehave's own ticketing, giving clubs a choice without splitting the surrounding partner workflow.

The breadth matters most when the same commercial team owns sponsor delivery and hospitality. A club seeking only ticket sales or a lightweight contact database is less likely to benefit from combining these functions.

Key features

Sponsorship and partner workflows

The sponsorship CRM covers live inventory, contracts, rights, deliverables, invoicing and automated reporting. Package management and a sponsor pipeline support the sales process; contract and deliverable tracking help teams follow through on what they have sold. This is a stronger fit for managing ongoing partner obligations than for simple sponsor record-keeping.

Partner portals let sponsors see their contracted allocation and enter or change guest names before the club's cutoff. That shifts routine list changes to partners, though the cutoff means clubs still need a clear process for late changes.

Hospitality, ticketing and reporting

Teams can manage invitations, guest lists and dietary requirements, then use digital matchday check-in. That combination can reduce handoffs between guest administration and match operations. Hospitality covers start at €2.50 per guest, while B2B tickets start at €1.10 per ticket; both rates fall as volume rises, which makes final cost sensitive to attendance and scale.

Post-season, activation and match reports draw on platform data and carry the club's branding. For teams that need to report partner activity consistently, this is more useful than assembling each report separately.

Integrations, data and AI

Named integrations include itsme, WeezEvent, Bundeling, Mollie, Exact Online, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce and Teamleader. Coach Vic is an AI layer for questions, commercial setup advice and task execution, also accessible through WhatsApp. The platform also describes privacy-safe matching of club fan data with partner customer data to measure conversion, revenue impact and customer lifetime value. These capabilities extend the commercial toolkit, though organisations evaluating data processing should discuss GDPR and processing questions with the team.

For hospitality, wehave describes workspace-scoped data, access controls and audit logging. That is relevant to teams handling guest information, but it does not replace a direct review of their specific security and compliance requirements.

Pricing

The Free plan is free and covers the first 300 guests per season, with no credit card required. It gives a small club a way to begin without a subscription, but the seasonal guest cap limits its usefulness as hospitality demand grows. A free trial is also advertised, with no stated duration.

Pay per guest costs 750.00 EUR per month, billed annually, with a €750/month minimum. The first 300 guests per season remain free; hospitality covers start at €2.50 per guest and B2B tickets at €1.10 per ticket, with rates falling as volume rises. This plan is aimed at organisations ready to commit to a full-year commercial platform, not those seeking flexible month-to-month pricing. The minimum and annual billing are the key trade-offs even before variable guest and ticket costs are considered.

Platforms

wehave runs on the web. Teams looking for a native Android or iOS app should account for that platform scope when deciding how staff and partners will access it.

Who it's for

Commercial directors, partnership managers, and hospitality or B2B ticketing managers at professional clubs, federations and event organisers are the natural audience. It is particularly well matched to organisations that need sponsor rights and deliverables, guest allocations and partner reporting to stay connected. Smaller organisations with fewer than 300 seasonal guests may find the free tier sufficient; those needing only one part of the workflow may find the paid minimum excessive.

Pros and cons

Pros

Sponsorship CRM, hospitality and ticketing sit in one workflow, useful when partner commitments and matchday delivery overlap.
Partner self-service for guest names can reduce routine list administration before the club's cutoff.
Branded reports and data matching support partner-performance conversations beyond basic attendance counts.
The free plan covers the first 300 guests per season without requiring a credit card.

Cons

The paid plan's 750.00 EUR monthly minimum and annual billing are a significant commitment for smaller teams.
Guest and ticket charges add variable costs, so the minimum is not the whole budget picture.
Web is the sole platform, which may not suit teams requiring native mobile apps.
Clubs with only ticketing or simple sponsorship needs may not use enough of the combined system to justify its cost.

Alternatives

For event-focused options, Event Sponsorship Management Software is a category to compare. Choose Novex Speaker Management instead when speaker and event operations, a free plan for one event and up to 150 attendees, and Android, iOS or API access matter more than club sponsorship workflows. Event Passport PRO is a better fit for managing an experience with a free tier for one active experience and up to 50 attendees; it charges $1.99 per paid ticket sold on that tier.

run.events is worth considering for conference operations: its Essentials — Conference plan starts at 4300.00 EUR per year for up to 500 attendees and includes audience management, a mobile app, check-in and badging. Clarity and SponsorCX use custom pricing, so they are alternatives to evaluate through a quote when their offering better matches the organisation's needs.

Sponsy may suit teams seeking a paid sponsorship platform with unlimited users, all features and integrations; its Monthly plan is 4375.00 DKK per month, billed monthly, while the Annual plan is 50000.00 DKK per year, billed annually. SportsGravy Sponsor Management is another paid option, with its Small plan at 900.00 USD per year for up to 499 athletes. Optimy starts at 650.00 EUR per month and may be a better match for organisations seeking program management with industry data, templates and a dedicated account manager.

Verdict

Choose wehave if your professional club or federation needs sponsorship commitments, partner hospitality and B2B ticketing managed as connected work. Its central advantage is carrying those obligations through to matchday and branded reporting. Look elsewhere if you need only one of those functions, require native mobile apps, or cannot justify a 750.00 EUR monthly minimum with annual billing.
