In their own words

EventTitans Abstract Management

EventTitans Abstract Management helps conference and academic organizers take research abstracts and papers from an open call through review and placement on an event agenda. Organizers can publish a branded call for papers with custom forms, file uploads, categories, and deadlines; authors submit online and can track status. Reviewers can be assigned to submissions, score them against criteria, add comments, and help shortlist work with an audit trail. Accepted abstracts can become sessions and time slots, with author notifications and schedule publishing to an event website and app. EventTitans lists web access and mobile apps for iOS and Android, with functions for organizers and attendees. The service also supports onsite check-in, badge customization, QR or barcode use, and onsite printing. Integrations include more than 1,000 options through Zapier across CRM, marketing, and payment tools, plus native Zoom integration. The maker describes a documented API and says custom APIs are available on the enterprise edition. The Free plan lists up to 100 attendees; Premium costs $99 a month and lists 2,000 attendees. A 30-day trial is offered without a credit card.

Grip Onsite

Grip Onsite is a suite of tools and services for managing the on-site parts of an event. Attendees can check in at self-service kiosks and receive printed badges, or check in with a printed ticket, badge, or event app. Organizers can view real-time arrival reports, track attendance by session, and use badge scans to manage access to exclusive areas or share sponsored-session leads with sponsors. Bluetooth Smart Badges allow participants to exchange contact details with a button press; location tracking can show booth and session visits, heat maps, and visit duration. Badge choices include laminated or paper formats with customizable size, orientation, and lanyard-hole options, plus an optional RFID sticker. Grip Onsite works on Android, iOS, and the web. It can be used on its own, with Grip Engage or Manage, or alongside a third-party registration system. Setup is generally handled by onsite staff or trained technicians, with self-managed setup available for events using fewer than four terminals. Pricing is on request.
