Tenants can report issues through the EVO Living App, which also stores tenancy documents, user guides and property-specific FAQs. Landlords and property managers can follow jobs in real time and review service history on a digital dashboard; tradespeople use a separate app to accept jobs and share progress. The service includes work order and vendor management, inspection workflows, a tenant request portal, an API and prebuilt integrations. EVO says its Property Intelligence uses information from independent data providers to describe a property's physical characteristics and history. Qualifying emergencies can be assigned to the nearest accredited tradesperson through its 24/7 Safe & Secure Response service. EVO states that interactions use SSL/TLS with server authentication and data encryption, and that passwords are salted and hashed. It describes daily incremental backups and full weekly and monthly backups on separate secure servers. Plans are priced per property per month and billed annually: Landlord Bronze is 4.99 GBP, Bronze 8.99 GBP, Landlord Silver 14.99 GBP, Silver 17.99 GBP and Gold 24.99 GBP. The service offers a 90-day trial but no free plan.

Property Meld is property maintenance software for property managers and their teams, covering work orders, scheduling, communication, and operational insights. Its MAX feature supports conversational repair intake, diagnosis, remediation, emergency screening, and issue documentation. Scheduler IQ recommends assignments based on proximity, reviews, and cost efficiency. Stakeholder chat and automated status updates are listed across eight languages, while managers can view real-time cycle times, invoice costs, and technician efficiency. The platform includes accounting integrations with AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager, Propertyware, Yardi, and Rentvine; the company says it does not charge extra for integrations. zInspector and RentCheck are also listed as Partner Nexus integrations. Property Meld runs on Android, iOS, web, and Windows, and offers API access for customer-built agent interactions. Core costs $1.60 a month per unit, Ops costs $2 per unit per month, and MAX On-Call costs $1.50 a month per unit as an add-on. A $200/month minimum applies, and there is no free plan.
