Hubble

Hubble is an AI-powered user research platform for exploring customer needs, testing designs, and collecting feedback. It is aimed at UX teams and combines recruiting, planning, launching, analysis, and sharing in one workspace. Research options include moderated and unmoderated studies, AI-moderated research, surveys, in-product surveys, and diary and concept studies. In unmoderated tests, participants can work on prototypes or live websites on their own time, while researchers review recordings and feedback. Hubble says its AI can tag interview transcripts, identify recurring themes, and synthesize findings. Its research assistant can help build studies, conduct interviews, and analyze feedback; users approve changes or suggestions during research planning. Named panel providers include Respondent, User Interviews, and Cint, with Prolific coming soon. Participant tools include screening, scheduling, incentives, and consent documents. Hubble lists Figma integration and web and mobile SDKs for embedding surveys. The Free plan costs nothing and includes one seat and 10 responses per month. Pro costs $120 a month per seat, billed monthly, with up to three seats.
