In their own words
FacilitatorIQ
FacilitatorIQ is a web platform for commercial facility teams and service providers to manage vendors, work orders, and requests for quotes. Facility teams can organize locations, providers, documents, assets, preventive maintenance, and RFQs without a software subscription or platform fee. Work orders can carry provider updates, ETAs, photos, approvals, and closeout history. Coverage mapping shows provider availability by location and trade, helping teams identify gaps, reliance on one provider, and weak backups. Structured RFQ responses can be compared across scope, labor, materials, fees, timing, availability, warranty, and pricing. FacilitatorIQ says market-pricing context supports quote comparisons and provider pricing. Providers can create profiles and serve existing customers free; variable fees may apply to new marketplace opportunities, and are shown before acceptance. TradeReady offers assessments and costs $99 a month, with a 30-day unlimited trial and two free assessments monthly afterward. The platform also offers a free plan and web access. Accepting a marketplace opportunity does not guarantee an award.
MicroMain Maintenance
MicroMain Maintenance is CMMS/EAM software for coordinating maintenance operations, assets, work orders, and parts inventory. It supports recurring and on-demand work orders, including management across departments and locations. Preventive maintenance can be scheduled by time or meter reading, with alerts and work orders generated from those schedules. Users can track an unlimited number of assets and group them. Inventory tools record stock changes as parts are used and flag quantities below a chosen minimum. The GLOBAL mobile technician app supports offline work on iOS and Android. Listed integrations include NetSuite, Microsoft 365, SAP ERP, QuickBooks, MES solutions, GIS products, barcode and QR systems, and geotracking; an API is available as well. Local installation lets customers host their own database and manage access through an intranet. MicroMain describes the software for organizations ranging from small local companies to large multi-site operations. A free trial does not require a credit card. Cloud GLOBAL technician licenses cost $45 a year, billed as one annual invoice; administrator licenses cost $99 a year on the same basis. The local installation is a one-time payment, but no price is stated.
