Fathom
Fathom is a web-based service for business insights, management reporting and planning. Its analysis covers KPIs, profitability, cash flow, growth, trends, divisions and variance. The report editor supports custom management reports, reusable templates, scheduled delivery, branded reports and financial statements. Forecasting includes three-way forecasts, scenario and driver-based planning, rolling forecasts and projections up to 36 months. For consolidated reporting, Fathom supports up to 300 entities and translates results from 95+ currencies into one currency. Integrations listed on the pricing page include Xero, QuickBooks Online and Desktop, MYOB, Excel and FreeAgent. The maker identifies business managers, accounting advisors and franchises as audiences. Pricing is monthly and based on connected companies: Starter costs $59 a month for one company, Silver $315 a month for 10, Gold $450 a month for 25 and Platinum $805 a month for 50. Other listed options include Fathom Portfolio at $67 a month for 100 companies and Fathom Pro Gold at $450 a month for 25 companies, plus $17 per extra company. Pricefx Quoting
Pricefx Quoting is a cloud CPQ capability for sales, pricing, and finance teams creating custom quotes. It calculates deal pricing with discounts, rebates, freight charges, and other factors, then shows list price, discounts, costs, resulting margin, and floor, target, and stretch guidance before a quote is sent. Rules can route configured quotes for approval according to discount levels, deal size, or margin thresholds. After a deal closes, quote data can flow into ERP systems as price conditions for sales-order creation. Pricefx says the capability can run standalone and handle large deal volumes, configurable quote types, multi-step approvals, and complex scenarios across business units, regions, and channels. Documented integrations include SAP, Salesforce, SAP Cloud for Customer, Snowflake, OData, and REST APIs. Salesforce access is available through Unity, with other listed CRM options including Microsoft Dynamics and SugarCRM. It runs through web and API access, with cloud deployment. Pricing is on request; subscription fees are volume-based and professional services are separate.
