In their own words
Featurebase
Featurebase brings customer support, feedback collection and product announcements into one platform. Its support tools gather in-app, email and other customer conversations in a unified inbox, with AI support tools. Teams can collect ideas through a feedback portal and widgets, let users vote, and publish a public roadmap. The help center supports AI search answers, multiple brands and content in more than 40 languages. For product updates, Featurebase offers public changelog pages with custom domains and embeddable in-app widgets. Listed integrations include Zapier, Intercom, Linear, Jira, ClickUp, Slack, GitHub, Segment, Discord, Zendesk, Azure DevOps and HubSpot. The Growth plan includes API, MCP and webhooks; webhooks cover feedback and conversation events. Featurebase also describes iOS and Android apps for customer help and notifications. The Free plan costs nothing, includes one seat and does not support AI. Growth starts at $29 a month per seat, billed yearly.
UserJot
UserJot brings feedback management and customer support tools together for web and API use. Teams can collect requests on feedback boards, publish a roadmap and changelog, and place a widget inside their product with feedback, updates, and live chat. Juno answers from a team’s docs and website, then passes unresolved conversations to the team in the same thread; forwarded support email shares an inbox with chats. Requests, votes, statuses, roadmap items, and changelog posts are connected, so teams can update voters when work ships. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, ChatGPT, and other MCP clients can connect, and the same actions are available through a REST API. Paid plans include Slack integration, though request creation is limited to admins and owners and notifications are read-only. The free plan is free and includes two boards and three admin roles. Starter costs $29 a month; Professional costs $59 a month. Live chat and Juno are in beta and not included in plan prices.
