In their own words

FileHold

FileHold is a document management system for capturing, organizing, storing, locating, and managing business documents and records. It includes version control, metadata capture, user roles and security, search, audit logs, links between documents, and web access. Records retention and disposition tools support records management, while document workflows cover review and approval. For scanning and imaging, FileHold lists SmartSoft Capture. Named integrations include Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, SAP, QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat Sign, and DocuSign. Its web services API can create library objects, connect documents with metadata, and manage memberships; the maker says API tools and documentation are free. Deployment can be on a customer server or private cloud, or hosted by FileHold in an Azure facility in a country the customer chooses. Clients include browsers, a Windows desktop application, Safari on Mac, and mobile apps for current iOS and Android versions. Pricing is by quote, with no free plan. The two-week trial covers up to 10 users and requires a pre-installation session with a sales consultant.
