In their own words

FleetGS

FleetGS is a fleet management platform for UK businesses, combining vehicle tracking, driver and vehicle records, compliance tools, checks, timesheets, and a driver app. Tracking can use connected hardware or phones to show live GPS positions, geofences, and route history. Driver profiles track licence expiry and renewal reminders; vehicle records can include MOT, tax, insurance, and maintenance alerts. Digital walkaround checks, defect workflows, DVSA tools, FORS tracking, and exportable audit history support fleet administration. The iOS and Android app lets drivers clock in, view job details, complete vehicle checks, attach photo evidence, log expenses, and track breaks. The listed vehicle tracking and fleet administration plan costs £6 per month. A driver and compliance add-on is £2 a month per standard user; managers are free. The 14-day trial includes all features and does not require a credit card. Plans are monthly rolling by default, with annual discounts up to 20% available by quote. Job dispatch, quotes, and GPS check-in are sold separately as JobsGS, not as a FleetGS jobs pack.
