Flexzo Rostering
Flexzo Rostering schedules multidisciplinary health and care teams and brings together absence management, temporary staffing and workforce visibility. It is designed for organizations rostering doctors, nurses, porters and allied health professionals. Its AI engine creates schedules that balance staff preferences, compliance rules, budget constraints and clinical safety. Availability tools cover annual leave, sickness, study leave and additional shift requests, alongside skills tracking and work regulation rules. Staffing gaps can be handled through float pools, shared float pools and agency options, with escalation described as going through internal float pools before agency. Organizations can encode local rules, supervision ratios, protected training time and pay scales; schedule decisions are described as auditable and policy-compliant. Staff can use the mobile app to view schedules, book float pool shifts, request changes and communicate with teams. Flexzo says its workforce systems support open APIs and standards-based connectors alongside existing ESR, EPR and HR systems. The service is available on Android, iOS and web. Pricing is on request.
