HeadlessForms

HeadlessForms is a cloud backend for receiving online form submissions in real time, without code or external dependencies. It can serve websites built with WordPress, Netlify, Vercel, GitHub Pages, or other static-site tools. Its Form Builder creates single- or multi-step forms for hosting on HeadlessForms or exporting as HTML; Hosted Form also offers a public collection link for people without a website.
