In their own words

Fourth Workforce Management

Fourth Workforce Management is software for restaurant and hospitality operators managing schedules, time and attendance, labor compliance, and tips. Its HotSchedules tools use AI forecasting based on internal and external data points to help plan shifts around anticipated customer demand. Employees can clock in with HotSchedules WebClock through a browser on a computer or mobile device, using a POS ID or login credentials.

The platform includes task management, a manager logbook, team surveys, shift swaps, time-off requests, and mobile scheduling. It can be configured for local, state, and federal labor rules covering minimum wage, overtime, rest breaks, and fair workweek requirements. Listed POS partners include Aloha, Toast, Revel, Simphony, and PAR POS; integrations can sync employee data to support labor forecasting. Fourth identifies quick-service and full-service restaurants, cafes, bars, pizzerias, pubs, bakeries, and catering operations as audiences for HotSchedules.

Liveforce

Liveforce is event staffing software for agencies and suppliers coordinating recruitment, shifts, communication, and payments for event workers. Its Applicant Tracking System supports tailored applications, applicant management, and invitations for selected crew to join. Teams can build multiple schedules, publish jobs to a private board, and book workers into shifts. Timesheets, check-in and check-out, overtime management, payment reports, and crew invoice requests cover attendance and payment workflows. Admins can contact individuals or broadcast by email, SMS, push notification, and in-app chat, with automated reminders. Crew records can hold details, certificates, and documents in configurable fields and groups; workers view shifts, briefings, and updates in an app or browser. Liveforce lists Android, iOS, web, and API availability. It offers plans starting at $100 a month for Starter, which includes one admin and 200 crew contacts; Growth is $225 a month and Pro+ is $275 a month. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. The Crew App connects workers with existing Liveforce agencies, not a public agency marketplace.
