FromUsers is a user research platform for surveys, usability tests, and in-product feedback studies. Its visual study builder supports branching, advanced logic, randomization, random assignment, and variables without coding. Unmoderated studies can test prototypes or live products with tasks, screen recordings, spoken feedback, and structured follow-ups. Survey Lab includes multilingual setup, MaxDiff, and Conjoint. Participants can be recruited through study links, email, or the listed Prolific integration. Mobile participants can join through the FromUsers app; on-screen interactions and, when enabled with consent, face-camera recording can be captured. Figma and ProtoPie integrations and URL snapshots are listed across plans. FromUsers says it does not sell personal data or use participant recordings or responses to train unrelated general-purpose AI models. Security details include TLS 1.2+ in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access, workspace isolation, and audit logging. The Coffee Plan costs $10 a month and includes one seat, three active studies, 100 responses per study, and 20 questions per study. There is no free plan.

TheySaid is a web-based platform for collecting user and employee feedback through AI-moderated tests, interviews, forms, surveys, polls, and pulses. Its moderator can guide participants, ask follow-up questions, and adjust prompts as responses arrive. AI analytics summarize themes and recommendations, with conversational exploration of project insights. Results can include task-completion and time-on-task metrics, recurring issues, highlight clips, and prioritized recommendations. Teams can collect responses through links, email, website embeds, pop-ups, QR codes, or participant panels; the platform also supports two-way voice and conditional question logic. TheySaid says it supports more than 70 languages. The Free plan is free and includes five AI user tests and 50 AI surveys monthly, with one workspace and one active test; panel recruiting costs extra. Paid plans start at 49 USD per month.
