Text.com
Text.com combines an AI agent, live chat, help desk, shared inbox, workflows, knowledge base, customer profiles, analytics and MCP in a customer service platform for ecommerce and SaaS teams. Its AI agent can recognize buying intent, recommend products, recover abandoned carts and handle support requests, or pass a conversation to a person with its context. MCP connects assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT to tickets, chats and transcripts under existing permissions. The platform lists integrations with services including Shopify, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Messenger, WhatsApp, email and SMS, along with a range of commerce platforms. Each plan includes connectivity through a ready-made integration or a custom API connection without a separate integration fee. Text supports website chat and social channels, comment moderation, SLA management and workflow automation. It runs on the web and offers desktop apps for macOS and Windows, mobile apps for iOS and Android, and an API. The company says it began in Wrocław in 2002 as LiveChat, changed its name to Text in September 2023 and launched the Text Platform in May 2025. Plans start at $19/user/mo billed annually, with a 14-day trial.
