GetSetReply
GetSetReply gathers reviews into one web inbox, analyzes their sentiment and themes, and prepares reply drafts for a business to review. It supports reviews from Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, DoorDash, Trustpilot, Etsy and Facebook. An initial reply is drafted for every review on every plan, and nothing is published in the business’s name before a user reads it. Replies can use an automatically selected voice, another chosen voice or an AI Clone trained on earlier replies. Businesses can request reviews by email or SMS, share QR codes, set sending windows and frequency caps, and track delivery, clicks and conversions. For salons, requests can follow appointments and include a stylist’s name; negative feedback can be directed to a private form while public review links remain available. Square can trigger requests after a sale, while salon booking contacts from Vagaro, Booksy or GlossGenius can be imported or added without an integration. The service is web-based, has no free plan, and offers a 30-day trial. Starter costs $23 a month billed annually for one location, with 100 monthly credits. Each email or SMS request uses one credit, and those outreach methods are not included in Starter’s plan comparison.
