Giva ChangeManager
Giva ChangeManager is a standalone, ITIL-aligned system for logging, reviewing, approving, and tracking Requests for Change. It includes configurable request, approval, and change-control workflows, with ITIL-aligned defaults. Teams can coordinate work using an interactive RFC calendar, a weekly calendar view, real-time dashboards, and notifications; hardware and software assets tracked in Giva can link directly to change requests. ChangeManager can run independently or as a module in Giva Help Desk and ITSM products. Pricing starts at $76 a year, billed annually, and a free 30-day trial is available without a credit card. Professional and Enterprise plans each require a minimum of five licenses. All plans include unlimited routine technical support, setup assistance, and storage. Mobile access is browser-based for iOS and Android and requires no app download. Giva says it supports HIPAA/HITECH, GDPR, PIPEDA, and SOX compliance, and offers a BAA where needed. Change request entries do not have an AI Copilot, while the Knowledge Management module includes a Knowledge Copilot.
Hornbill IT Asset Management
Hornbill IT Asset Management tracks hardware, software, cloud, and on-premise assets through their lifecycle. Automated discovery can identify cloud and on-premise hardware and software. Drag-and-drop or codeless workflows can automate IT asset processes such as application provisioning and patch deployment. Hornbill says a shared data model supports information sharing between IT asset management, operations, service management, and security teams. It describes hundreds of codeless integrations, including Microsoft Intune as an endpoint management example. Deployment is cloud-based, and personalized pricing is available on request. The included Essential Success Plan provides 24×7 online help for critical service availability issues, as well as community forums, knowledge resources, APIs, and up to three named contacts. Paid Premier and Custom Concierge support plans are also available. Hornbill states that its data centers hold SOC 2 Type II and SOC 3 Type II certifications.
