In their own words

Giva ChangeManager

Giva ChangeManager is a standalone, ITIL-aligned system for logging, reviewing, approving, and tracking Requests for Change. It includes configurable request, approval, and change-control workflows, with ITIL-aligned defaults. Teams can coordinate work using an interactive RFC calendar, a weekly calendar view, real-time dashboards, and notifications; hardware and software assets tracked in Giva can link directly to change requests. ChangeManager can run independently or as a module in Giva Help Desk and ITSM products. Pricing starts at $76 a year, billed annually, and a free 30-day trial is available without a credit card. Professional and Enterprise plans each require a minimum of five licenses. All plans include unlimited routine technical support, setup assistance, and storage. Mobile access is browser-based for iOS and Android and requires no app download. Giva says it supports HIPAA/HITECH, GDPR, PIPEDA, and SOX compliance, and offers a BAA where needed. Change request entries do not have an AI Copilot, while the Knowledge Management module includes a Knowledge Copilot.
