Naverisk

Naverisk is an IT services automation suite combining remote monitoring and management (RMM), Service Desk, professional services automation (PSA), and data protection. It is designed for MSPs and IT professionals, with cloud or on-premise hosting options. RMM supports Windows, Linux, Mac, and SNMP devices, and tasks can be launched manually, on demand, in response to events, or on a schedule across devices and customers. Service Desk provides ticket collaboration and routing, technician scheduling, and knowledge documentation at site and device level. PSA covers contracts, projects, automated billing, and business intelligence reporting. Arma Data Protection describes encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, two-factor authentication, and air-gapped immutable storage. The mobile app handles tickets and alerts; iOS device-management support is described as coming soon. Naverisk advertises 24/7 global support at no additional cost. There is no free plan, but a free trial is available. The listed starting price is $110/mo; Microsoft 365 backups are listed at $0.50 a month per user, with Wasabi storage costs excluded.
