In their own words
Gradient Works
Gradient Works combines account scoring, territory planning, rep book management, lead routing, and pipeline analytics for B2B commercial sales teams. Market Map scores CRM accounts from 0–100 based on similarity to closed-won customers and syncs scores to Salesforce. Carve lets RevOps and Sales Strategy model territory scenarios with fit scores and send a selected design to Salesforce. Bookbuilder aims to keep rep books at roughly 100–150 accounts, replacing worked accounts with higher-fit accounts. Routing handles lead-to-account matching and assignments for inbound MQLs, handoffs, customer-success assignments, and opportunity escalations inside Salesforce. AI Researcher supports custom account-research prompts and writes qualitative answers to Salesforce. Integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Salesloft, Outreach, Google Calendar, Office 365, and CSV import; only one calendar and one sales-engagement integration can be active at once. Salesforce is required for the full platform, while HubSpot and CSV support Account Research and Carve territory planning. A free plan is available. Growth costs $799 a month, billed paid annually.
Koala
Koala uses agentic AI to help sales representatives prioritize signals, qualify accounts, and sustain engagement from contact through close. It brings together first-party and third-party signals, listing more than 30 signal sources and 30 enrichment data sources, and offers Account Fit and Intent Scoring. Its lead view combines AI-enriched, pre-qualified leads with waterfall enrichment and custom research. The Agent Swarm supports shared agents configured by Rev Ops, contributions from reps, and refinement through rep feedback. Users can send email from Koala or connect sales engagement platforms. Named integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, and custom webhook workflows. Automations can sync intent signals to a CRM, route high-intent leads, and assign tasks to reps. Koala is available on the web and as an extension. The free plan includes two seats and 100 credits per month. Starter costs $200 per month; Growth costs $1,000 per month and includes a 14-day trial. The site announces Koala was acquired by Cursor and will shut down on Sept 30.
