Vizito
Vizito is a cloud-based visitor management system that replaces paper visitor logbooks with digital sign-in. Hosts receive an arrival notification and can approve or reject visitors. Visitors can check in from their own smartphones by scanning a QR code, and hosts can invite them to pre-register before arrival. The system also supports kiosk check-in, printed badges, visitor photo capture, and ID scanning. Its sign-in software supports 31 languages. Integrations include Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Aerohive guest Wi-Fi, calendar meetings, REST API, and webhooks; every feature is exposed through the REST API, with real-time webhooks for visitor registration events. Vizito states that it is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant, with customer data hosted in the European Union. Traffic uses TLS 1.2 or higher, visitor data is encrypted at rest, and automated daily backups are maintained. It runs on iPadOS, Android, and modern web browsers. Plans start at $29.95 a month billed yearly, and a 14-day trial is available; there is no free plan.
