In their own words
GuardConnect
GuardConnect helps contract guard companies and in-house security teams manage officers, schedules, patrols, incidents, timekeeping, and client reporting. It supports multi-site rosters and geofenced clock-ins, with payroll-ready exports for ADP, Gusto, QuickBooks, Paychex, and other major providers; custom CSV formats are also supported. Incident reports can include photos and use supervisor review workflows. Officers can verify patrols by scanning QR-code or NFC checkpoints. Automated daily activity reports and branded client portals support client reporting. Officers can clock in, scan checkpoints, file incidents, and complete daily activity reports offline; the information syncs when connectivity returns. The service is available on Android, iOS, and the web. Its free plan covers 1 to 10 officers. Pricing depends on active officer count and selected modules, with pricing available on request; back-office users and supervisors are not charged. GuardConnect says onboarding includes data migration, site and post setup, schedule import, and officer onboarding.
THERMS
THERMS is a security guard and patrol operations platform for web, Android, and iOS. Its tools cover reporting, scheduling, patrols, dispatch, records, client access, and team communication. Reports can include attachments, link to records, receive supervisor approval, and be sent on a schedule. Managers can build and publish shifts, compare scheduled time with actual time, and track patrol runs through routes, NFC or QR scans, and completion statistics. Live officer maps, geofencing, GPS history, and dispatch call assignment and status tracking support field coordination. Teams can maintain searchable records for people, property, and vehicles. A client portal shows selected location events and updates, with the organization controlling access. Mobile users can work with reports, dispatch, records, QR scanning, GPS functions, and shift clock-in. There is no free plan; a 14-day trial is offered without a credit card. Monthly prices range from $45 a month for 1–5 user accounts to $1,120 a month for 301–400 accounts. Billing reflects the maximum active users in a billing period; inactive users are not charged.
