In their own words
Mujib
Mujib is an AI support center for organizations that handle customer inquiries by phone, chat, and messaging. It answers inbound calls through SIP trunks and PBX systems, including Asterisk and FreePBX, using a business knowledge base and connected systems; when needed, it can hand a conversation to a human agent. The product page lists support for 97 languages and dialects across its channels, which include WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger, email, Twilio SMS, Slack, Twitter/X DMs, web chat, and REST API. Its MCP page lists 21 data sources, such as SQL databases, REST APIs, Google Sheets, MongoDB, Odoo, Shopify, WooCommerce, Notion, Zendesk, and Freshdesk. Mujib says answers are grounded in customer content and can draw on live connected systems. Calls are processed in real time and discarded by default; recording requires explicit consent. Organizations can self-host it and use local AI models. It has a free plan and free trial, but paid package quotas and rates are quoted per account, with no setup fees.
