Sport School Manager is software for managing sports schools, with tools for enrollment, scheduling, attendance, billing, and parent portals. It is designed for martial arts schools, including karate, BJJ, taekwondo, kickboxing, judo, and Muay Thai, as well as yoga, Pilates, and gymnastics. Student and lead management covers enquiries, trial bookings, enrolments, attendance history, and communications. Scheduling supports recurring classes, instructor assignments, room capacity, conflict detection, and advance student bookings. The grading system tracks ranks, sub-ranks, attendance, time in grade, and technique completion to determine eligibility. Billing includes recurring Stripe subscriptions, manual payment collection, invoices, emailed receipts, and reminders. The free Starter tier is for schools with up to 20 students; an upgrade is requested when a school reaches 21. The School Plan costs $89 a month and includes unlimited students, priority support, and dedicated onboarding, with a 90-day free trial.
