GymShakti
GymShakti is gym management software for Indian gym owners, combining member CRM, billing, attendance, and WhatsApp tools. Members can check in with a digital QR pass; the site describes scanning as under one second and offline-ready. Trainers can prepare weekly workout programs with sets, reps, rest intervals, YouTube links, and version history. WhatsApp dues reminders can be scheduled 7, 3, and 1 days before membership expiry, with a pre-filled payment link. Razorpay checkout supports UPI, card, and net banking renewals, with funds settling to the gym's bank account. Payments generate branded PDF receipts, and the monthly ledger can be exported. Members can add a branded PWA to their home screen for QR access, workout plans, check-in history, and receipts; installation uses Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone without an app store. Staff have separate role-based logins, and the maker's team imports member data from Google Sheets, Excel, or CSV at no charge. GymShakti runs on Android, iOS, and the web. Annual plans include Starter at ₹3,299 a year, Growth at ₹5,499 a year, and Pro at ₹9,999 a year.
